Refund policy

Merchandise in its original, unused condition and packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of the receipt/delivery date. A restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) will apply. Advance authorization must be given before merchandise can be returned. To obtain advance authorization, contact Aesthetics Etcetera at 246-549-9514 within 14 days of the receipt/delivery date. Please reference your order number, the reason for wanting to return the merchandise and photos of damage if applicable.

Orders picked up in Store should be inspected prior to leaving to ensure no damage or defectiveness as well as ensuring the correct item has been received.
